SICOLY is above all the adventure of a cooperative and the story of fruit producers who are looking for solutions to always enhance the value of their fruit.<\/p>

Our frozen yellow peach puree with no added sugars* is made from fruit from the orchards of our own producers<\/strong>, located within a radius of 50 km from the cooperative (depending on the harvest, additional supplies can be made from long-standing partners located in the Rh\u00f4ne Valley).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No added sugars* means impeccable fruit quality!<\/strong><\/p>\n

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, Brix, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.<\/p>\n

Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.<\/p>\n

The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rh\u00f4ne).<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
