A strong link between agricultural tradition, varietal innovation... and passion for taste. <\/span>\n\n<b>Blackcurrant \u2013 Noir de Bourgogne, the must-have<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grown mainly in <\/span><b>the Noir de Bourgogne variety<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, our blackcurrant is known for its <\/span><b>exceptional aromatic power<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This ancient variety, very popular with gastronomy professionals, gives juicy berries with a tangy taste. Part of the harvest is <\/span><b>transformed into frozen puree<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in order to preserve all its freshness and taste complexity.<\/span>\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<b>Redcurrant, a whole range of flavours  <\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delicate and luminous, <\/span><b>the redcurrant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> thrives perfectly on our land.
