With experience acquired in the most beautiful houses and in renowned competitions, Tony has made a name for himself in the cocktail world thanks to his bold and respectful approach to flavors. With Belladrinks, he develops ephemeral bar concepts and signature menus for prestigious establishments, in France and abroad.
