All raw materials are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruit and vegetables picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

While frozen pumpkin puree is mainly used by restaurateurs in savory preparations, it can also be suitable for original sweet recipes, combined with red fruits for example.
