The vine peach
Our organic vine peach puree is made from fruit from the orchards of our producers in the Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais, grown according to the principles of organic farming.
With this organic frozen fruit puree, SICOLY® highlights its terroir by transforming this typical fruit of the region.
The vine peach originated more than 150 years ago, when winemakers planted peach trees around their vines to help them prevent disease. From there was born a fruit with red flesh, perfectly reminiscent of the color of wine.
Also called blood peach, it is very aromatic, juicy and sweet.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic vine peaches selected to make our puree are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
