All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

SICOLY® frozen coconut cream is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves.
Frozen coconut cream with no added sugar* is suitable for both sweet (pastries, sorbets and ice creams, etc.) and savoury recipes.
SICOLY® frozen coconut cream is naturally high in fat and can be used in many recipes. It can also be whipped up as is to make whipped cream and mousses with sweet exotic flavours.
