Our IQF fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria in order to guarantee their taste, appearance and resistance to defrosting.
The SICOLY® frozen berry mix (IQF) is made from a mixture of: blackcurrants, red currants, raspberries, blackberries. The fruits are harvested at full maturity in order to preserve all the organoleptic qualities, sorted and calibrated to guarantee regularity of the fruit, then packaged. Our fruit is then processed in our production facilities in Serbia following a high-speed temperature-controlled process to ensure the highest quality of IQF frozen fruit.
