Our organic lime juice is made from fruits grown in Brazil and Peru, according to the principles of organic farming.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic limes selected to make our juice are harvested at optimal maturity to soak up the Brazilian sun and concentrate a maximum of aromas.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
