Frozen raspberry puree
Our frozen raspberry puree with no added sugars* is made from fruit from the orchards of our partner SICOBERRY, in Serbia.
Our raspberry puree is made from a harmonious blend of Willamette raspberries and Mecker raspberries (minimum guaranteed) harvested at optimal ripeness. This combination of two varieties renowned for their very fruity aromas makes it possible to obtain a very aromatic and tangy puree.

The fruits are therefore selected according to strict quality criteria for their unique flavours, and picked at full maturity, to release all their aromas in our juices and purees with no added sugar*.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
Frozen raspberry puree with no added sugar* for all gastronomy professionals
SICOLY® frozen raspberry puree is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves.
Frozen raspberry puree is suitable for both sweet preparations (desserts, ice creams, chocolates, etc.) and savory creations (as an accompaniment to foie gras, duck, chutney, etc.). SICOLY® raspberry puree will also be perfect in drinks for cocktails for example.
