Apricot
Our organic apricot puree is made from fruits grown in France, according to the principles of organic farming. The puree is made from a mixture of different varieties, including the famous Bergeron apricot, each of which brings a particular touch to the flavours of the puree.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic apricots selected to make our puree are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit. The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
