From 2020, the entire range of SICOLY® fruit juices and purees is free of added sugar*!
Our frozen apricot puree with no added sugars* is made from fruit from the orchards of our own cooperators, located within a radius of 50 km from the cooperative (depending on the harvest, additional supplies may be made from French producers).
Our apricot puree is made from a harmonious blend of different varieties, creating a very aromatic puree.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

SICOLY® frozen apricot puree is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves.
Frozen apricot puree with no added sugar* is suitable for both sweet preparations (desserts, ice creams, chocolates, etc.) and savory creations. It will also be suitable for beverage professionals to be able to create cocktails, fruit beers, etc.
