Our Noir de Bourgogne frozen blackcurrant puree with no added sugars* is made from fruits grown in France.
The “Noir de Bourgogne” is an old variety of blackcurrant, emblematic of the Burgundy region and its cuisine. Very aromatic, it is very popular for making liqueurs but also in recipes for jams, pastries, etc.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
