Our organic bergamot juice is made from fruits grown in Italy, a country known for the quality of its citrus fruits, according to the principles of organic farming.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic bergamot selected to make our puree is harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and produce a juice of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
