In Bully, in the Rhône, Sébastien Coquard grows cherries with high standards and determination. Coming from a line of winegrowers for four generations, he became a producer himself in 2001, shortly before his 20th birthday. He then chose to turn a page: he stopped cattle breeding to develop fruit production, in addition to vines, which still remain his main activity today.
On his farm, the cherry has a historical, almost identity-based place. This emblematic fruit of the territory naturally becomes the heart of its arboreal commitment. HVE3 certified, the farm now employs three permanent employees – a great source of pride for Sébastien, who is committed to living agriculture that creates human value.
