Balance sheets

The SICOLY® balance sheets have been created specifically to guide professionals in the use of our range of fruit juices and purees for the preparation of basic recipes such as mousses, creams, ice creams / sorbets or ganaches. The recipes in the SICOLY® balance sheets have been developed in order to sublimate the fruit and to make recipes rich in fruit, with fresh and authentic aromas, as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
