Our frozen blackberry puree with no added sugars* is made from a balanced blend of wild blackberries and cultivated blackberries to obtain a frozen puree of very high taste quality, rich in aromas.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
