A precious French production
Each year, SICOLY® produces about 100 tons of mirabelle plums, a controlled volume that guarantees quality fruit, picked when ripe. This human-sized production is the reflection of our commitment: to offer a rare, perfectly selected fruit.
A noble, versatile and inspiring fruit
The SICOLY® mirabelle plum is distinguished by its sweet and floral flavor. It can be eaten fresh, simply bitten, or worked in cooking, to reveal all its complexity in pies, compotes, jams or refined desserts.
Its natural balance of sugar also makes it ideal for processed preparations : purees, coulis, sorbets, ice creams, pastry inserts, or even in a sweet and savory combination.
Careful harvesting for impeccable quality
Hand-picked in the middle of summer, SICOLY® mirabelle plums are carefully sorted and cooled quickly upon arrival at the resort. This rigorous protocol preserves their melting texture and intact taste, while ensuring excellent resistance to processing.
