Our frozen banana puree with no added sugars* is made from fruits grown in Ecuador, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
We have selected bananas of the Cavendish variety, fruits generally eaten raw because they are tastier than the so-called “cook” varieties.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

Frozen banana puree with no added sugar* is suitable for both sweet preparations (desserts, ice creams, chocolates, etc.) and savory creations. It will also be suitable for beverage professionals to be able to create cocktails, fruit beers, etc.
