SICOLY® frozen unsweetened mango puree is made from a typical Kenyan mango variety: Apple Mango.

Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
In order to preserve the original taste of the fruit, the recipe does not include any added sugar (only the natural sugar of the fruit).
