Mirabelle plum puree
Our frozen mirabelle plum puree with no added sugars* is made from fruit grown in France and harvested at full maturity for maximum flavor.
The mirabelle plum is a variety of plum typical of the East of France with a beautiful golden color and subtle aromas. The season is very short (mid-August to mid-September) and thanks to our frozen puree with no added sugar, you can find its flavours all year round!

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
