Our frozen red fruit puree with no added sugar* is made from sour cherries of the Oblacinska variety.
This variety of sour cherry has been selected specifically for its juicy and sweet flesh, with the typical hint of acidity of this fruit.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
