Our organic blackcurrant puree is made from fruit grown in Poland, according to the principles of organic farming.
Puree is made from a blend of different varieties, each bringing different aromas to create a unique puree.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic blackcurrants selected to make our puree are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
