The green apple
Our organic green apple puree is made from apples of the Granny Smith variety grown in France, according to the principles of organic farming.
The Granny Smith apple is easily identifiable by its green color and very fresh taste.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic green apples selected to make our mashed potatoes are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
