The organic gingers selected to make our juice are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
