Raspberry
Our organic raspberry puree is made from fruits grown in the mountains of Kopaonik, Serbia, at our partner SICOBERRY.
The region benefits from an ideal climate and relief for the cultivation of small fruits, especially raspberries.
The puree is made from raspberries of the Willamette variety, a fruit with a beautiful intense red color and fruity and tangy aromas.
Like all our organic fruit puree references, it is free of added sugar* to release all the aromas of the fruit and offer you an authentic taste, as close as possible to fresh fruit.

The organic raspberries selected to make our puree are harvested at optimal maturity to concentrate a maximum of aromas and make a puree of very high taste quality.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
