Organic strawberry puree with no added sugar - origin France
SICOLY® France Organic Strawberry Puree is made from organic strawberries harvested at optimal ripeness.
SICOLY® has selected organic strawberries from the Duchesse variety, a taste variety that is naturally sweet and with a good balance between acidity and sugar.
The strawberries are grown in the open field and according to the strict specifications of Organic Farming by one of the SICOLY cooperative partners.
In short, a perfect compromise because it is very aromatic, ultra-local and organic.
The rigorously selected organic strawberries are processed into fruit puree in our own production workshops. The pulp obtained is then deaerated to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and heat-treated according to a specific ultra-fast process by ohmic heating to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
In order to further reinforce this fresh and natural side, and not to distort the aromas of high quality organic fruit, our organic France frozen strawberry puree is without added sugars.
