Our 100% lemon juice is made from fruit harvested at full maturity in Sicily, a region renowned for the quality of its citrus fruits.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruit picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).
