SICOLY® frozen strawberry sweet puree is made from a blend of four varieties of strawberries picked at optimal ripeness. The selected strawberries are processed into fruit puree in our own production facilities. The pulp obtained is then deaerated to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and heat-treated according to a specific ultra-fast process by ohmic heating to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
