Vine peach puree
SICOLY is above all the adventure of a cooperative and the story of fruit producers who are looking for solutions to always enhance the value of their fruit.
Our frozen vine peach puree with no added sugars* is made from fruit from the orchards of our own producers, located within a radius of 50 km from the cooperative (depending on the harvest, additional supplies can be made from long-standing partners located in the Rhône Valley).
With this frozen fruit puree with no added sugar*, SICOLY® highlights its terroir by transforming this typical fruit of the region.
The vine peach originated more than 150 years ago, when winemakers planted peach trees around their vines to help them prevent disease. From there was born a fruit with red flesh, perfectly reminiscent of the color of wine.
Also called blood peach, it is very aromatic, juicy and sweet.

All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, Brix, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purees.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

Frozen vine peach puree with no added sugar* is suitable for both sweet preparations (desserts, ice creams, chocolates, etc.) and savory creations.
It will also be suitable for beverage professionals to be able to create cocktails, fruit beers, etc.
