Wild strawberry

SICOLY® frozen wild strawberry puree is made from wild strawberries picked at optimal ripeness. The selected strawberries are processed into fruit puree in our own production facilities. The pulp obtained is then deaerated to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and heat-treated according to a specific ultra-fast process by ohmic heating to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
