100% yuzu juice
Our 100% yuzu juice is made from fruit harvested at full maturity, for a juice of very high taste quality.
The fruits are originally selected for their subtle fragrance. The fruits are grown in the Köchi region of Japan. This mountainous area located in the south of the island of Shikoku concentrates more than half of the country’s yuzu production and is very famous for the taste quality of its harvests.

Upon receipt, the fruit undergoes rigorous approval. The fruits, picked when ripe, are pressed.
Each recipe and process is adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, colour, texture, etc.) and to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit is processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône).

SICOLY® frozen yuzu juice is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves.
100% yuzu juice is suitable for both sweet (pastries, jams, chocolate, sorbets and ice creams, etc.) and savory recipes.
