Ingredients

Gin

3 cl

SICOLY® Purple Passion Fruit Juice

4 cl

Campari

1.5 cl

Pineapple juice

2 cl

Sugar syrup

1 cl

Egg white

2 cl

Brut Champagne

Process

Place 3 cl of Gin in a shaker

Add 1.5 cl of Campari

Add 4 cl of Sicoly® purple passion fruit juice

Add 2 cl of pineapple juice

Add 1 cl of sugar syrup

Add 2 cl of egg white

Cover with ice cubes

Mix vigorously in a shaker

Strain the preparation through a sieve

Cover with brut champagne

Serve chilled immediately
