Ingredients

SICOLY® tangor juice

6 cl

SICOLY® lime juice

1 cl

Vanilla syrup

1 cl

Mandarin liqueur

1 cl

Jamaican Amber Rum

4 cl

Ginger beer

10 cl

Process

Place 6 cl of Sicoly® tangor juice in a shaker

Add 1 cl of Sicoly® lime juice

Add 1 cl of vanilla syrup

Add 1 cl of mandarin liqueur

Add 4 cl of Jamaican dark rum

Add 10 cl of ginger beer

Cover with ice cubes

Mix vigorously in a shaker

Strain the preparation through a sieve

Serve chilled immediately

Xmas Tangor

The Xmas Tangor combines the tanginess of tangor and lime juice with the vanilla sweetness and warm notes of rum, for a festive and sparkling cocktail
