In a granita glass without ice, put the four mint sprigs cut in half (make sure the glass is full)
Add the vanilla syrup and mash everything without “crushing”
Fill the glass with ice cubes
Pour in the mango puree and SICOLY® passion fruit juice
Supplement with Perrier or Soda water.
Garnish with the sprigs of fresh mint, passion fruit and a thin slice of mango.
Stir well from bottom to top.
Serve immediately
