In Grézieu-le-Marché, Patricia Chanavat cultivates the land with her husband, also an arboriculturist, on a family farm on a human scale. Since 1997, she has been fully involved in the development of the farm, combining agricultural commitment and life balance.
On their HVE3 certified estate, Patricia devotes herself to the cultivation of three fruits: strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants. This deliberate choice to remain in a small structure makes it possible to reconcile the rigour of the profession and the family rhythm, while guaranteeing constant attention to the orchards.
Among these fruits, it is the redcurrant that has his preference. Delicate, acidic, it symbolizes for her the precision and patience that their work requires.
Discreet but passionate, Patricia embodies committed agriculture, based on complementarity, transmission and love of the profession.
