From May 3 to 6, 2026, Barcelona hosted the Relais Desserts association’s International Spring Meetings, bringing together the biggest names in world haute pâtisserie around a program combining professional exchanges, cultural discoveries and exceptional creations.

An international meeting around pastry know-how
Each year, the members of Relais Desserts meet in an emblematic city to discuss the evolution of the profession, the trends in the sector and the challenges of international artisanal pastry.
For this 2026 edition, Barcelona and its modernist universe served as the common thread of the event. Inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudí, the chefs unveiled original creations during the traditional “Buffet des Chefs”, a true showcase of contemporary pastry creativity.
Exchange, inspiration and innovation
In addition to the creations presented, these meetings allowed the chefs and craftsmen present to share their experiences on many subjects:
