SICOLY® frozen sweet passion fruit puree is made from passion fruit selected in Peru.

The fruit is crushed and sieved. The puree is then processed in our workshops according to a specific process allowing the preservation of all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
