To support their approach, the majority of the cooperative’s farms benefit from one or more certifications guaranteeing high quality standards at each stage of production, from the growth of our fruit in our orchards to its processing in our workshops.

Traceability and food safety standards, recognized at the global level, for agricultural and aquaculture production, it is an international approach that establishes good agricultural practices, making it possible to establish effective standards and certification procedures
GLOBALG.A.P. Grasp

The GRASP module is the social part of the GLOBALG.A.P. certification to guarantee good social practices on a daily basis in orchards. This module is necessarily associated with the GlobalG.A.P. approach, these additional requirements are focused on the prevention of risks for agricultural workers by addressing the health, safety and well-being of workers (workers’ rights, indicators on human and labour rights, protection of young workers, etc.).
High Environmental Value (HEV)
To date, more than 40 farms in the SICOLY cooperative are HVE level 3 certified. This certification aims to implement environmentally friendly practices in orchards and is based on 4 main areas: biodiversity, water management, phytosanitary protection and fertilization.
Eco-responsible orchards
Specific approach, in partnership with the PDO Peaches and Apricots of France, as well as the National Apple Pear Association (ANPP), for production methods that respect the environment and biodiversity in orchards.
Integrated Fruit Production (IPP)
The PFI is based on three pillars (product health quality, economic profitability, and ecological issues) and translates them into various directives.

Fruits of France at SICOLY®
Committed to working alongside its producers, the SICOLY-SICODIS cooperative group is developing the “Fruits de France” range for its frozen fruit purees. Coming exclusively from French orchards and for many of them only from the orchards of our SICOLY cooperative members, these purees reflect the know-how of our producers and the richness of our terroirs, in the service of authentic quality and a preserved taste.

Certifications
In our workshops
Organic farming
SICOLY® offers a range of organic frozen fruit purees, made from organically grown fruit, grown with respect for the environment and biodiversity. These purees retain all the intensity of the taste of the fruit to meet the requirements of professionals concerned about quality, naturalness and traceability.
Halal
Halal certification guarantees that products comply with specific rules of Sharia, the Islamic law system based on the Quran and Hadith.
Kosher
Kosher certification is the seal of approval kosher by a rabbinical agency verifying that it has controlled the ingredients of the products, the production facility, and the actual production to ensure that all ingredients, derivatives, tools, and machinery do not contain any traces of non-kosher substances.

Patented production processes
At the heart of the cooperative, each harvested fruit is carefully valued thanks to processing processes that respect its quality and seasonality. Sorted by hand, the fresh fruit begins its journey according to its destination: cold-pressed for authentic juices, slow-cooked for richly flavoured coulis, or reduced to form frozen inserts and purees, ideal for pastry professionals. At each stage, the cooperative relies on mastered techniques, rigorous hygiene and complete traceability to guarantee natural, tasty and responsible products.
